BOATHOUSE EFFICIENCY UNITS - Accomodations: cozy one-room suite. Queen bed, couch(single bed)and sitting area. 3 person occupancy. Kitchenette, microwave, TV, HBO, shower, AC, computer port. Private deck overlooking Lake Flower.

Rate Varies between $85.00 to $150.00 per night based on double occupancy. Special events up to $180.00

COTTAGE SUITES - Accomodations: Large 3-room suite. 2-6 person occupancy. Bedroom with queen and single bed, living room with 2 couches (single and double beds) and gas fireplace, full kitchen, private entrance and private deck overlooking Lake Flower. AC, HBO, TV, computer port.

Rate Varies between $115.00 to $225.00. Special events up to $250.00.

PLEASE NOTE: All rooms, $10.00 per night charge for each additional person. Children under 14 stay free. PETS: $10.00 per night per dog.

Pets may not be left unattended in room unless crated. No services if pet is in room. No BARKING pets Pets must be on flea/tick program. Room damages will be charged to you. $10 per night charge for each pet. Maximum 2 dogs. Pets must be LEASHED here and in town. You are responsible for injury/bother/damage to others. Let us tow you around Bring your boat Paddle boats and canoes are FREE for casual use at your own risk. Motor boats are available. DOCKS Bring your boat and dock it at your own risk. Fishing is great from the docks too. OPEN YEAR ROUND. Gas grills, gazebo, and picnic tables available. Refrigerator in each room. New Telephone system with COMPUTER PORTS. FAX machine on premises. Motel and efficiency units - cancel by noon 48 hours prior to your expected arrival date. Fireplace suites and special events - cancel by noon 1 week prior to your expected arrival date. We do not overbook so our policy is firm. If you fail to cancel, for any reason, by the specified time, you will be charged for the guaranteed reservation.
